Our Vine Varieties
Blue Bell – A delightful Concord-style table grape used for fresh eating, juices, and light, fruit-forward wines.
Marquette – A complex, ruby-colored wine with notes of cherry, berry, black pepper, and spice, reminiscent of its Pinot Noir heritage.
Frontenac – A bold, dark-skinned grape producing wines with aromas of cherry, plum, and chocolate, perfect for dry reds, rosés, and even ports.
Petite Pearl – A structured red with rich tannins, earthy aromas, and hints of spice, ideal for blending or standing alone as a deep, full-bodied wine.
La Crescent – A vibrant grape producing wines with bright acidity and aromatic notes of stone fruit, citrus, and tropical flavors, similar to Riesling.
Itasca – A smooth, well-balanced white with notes of apple, pear, melon, and a hint of minerality, perfect for dry and sparkling wines.
The Art of Winemaking
Our winemaking process starts in the vineyard, where sustainable farming practices ensure the highest-quality fruit. Each grape is carefully harvested, fermented, and aged to highlight its natural characteristics. Partnering with award-winning winemaker Matt Killan, we bring out the best in every varietal, crafting wines that are both expressive and inviting.
