Photography Policy at Vanderbilt Vines
At Vanderbilt Vines, we love seeing our guests capture and share the beauty of the vineyard. Whether it’s a glass of wine in hand, a family moment, or a golden hour photo between the vines — we encourage you to take photos, share your experience, and tag us using #vanderbiltvineswinery and #sipsavorstay so we can celebrate along with you.
Casual Photography
Guests are always welcome to take casual photos during their visit. Snap away, soak it in, and share your experience with friends and family.
Please be mindful of other guests and avoid interrupting their experience while taking photos.
Posed & Professional Photography
If you’re planning a more structured or posed session — such as family photos, engagement shoots, senior portraits, or content creation — we simply ask that you check in with us and purchase a photography pass.
- Photography Pass: $50 per session
- Applies to all posed or professional photography (whether paid or unpaid)
- Valid during regular business hours
A Few Simple Guidelines
To keep things easy and enjoyable for everyone:
- The vineyard remains open to the public at all times — exclusive use is not included
- Please respect the property, vines, and all guests
- Stay in designated areas unless otherwise approved
- Large setups, props, or equipment should be approved in advance
- Drones are not permitted without prior approval
We reserve the right to limit or stop photography sessions if needed to protect the experience of our guests or the integrity of the property.
After-Hours Photography
Looking for something a little more private or that perfect sunset shot? Limited after-hours sessions may be available by request.
